SERVICES: Website Maintenance

The Web Detailer is a full-time operation. We are available for routine maintenance needs Monday - Thursday form 9am - 5pm for normal maintenance requests. We make every attempt to treat every request as "Priority" ( witin 48 hours ) and all requests are handled ASAP. We are well aware that our clients have many options when it comes to choosing an Internet service company and we appreciate our clients business.

We make every effort to fulfill our client's requests within 24 hours. Often, updates can be made within just hours of the request.

All of our clients enjoy a second test sub-domain copy of their website in which all updates are made prior to being merged into production. This change control process ensures that you are happy with the changes prior to publicly publishing them. Also, this ensures that your site is never "Under-Construction".
